The event schedule includes Ski Races (Mass Start) on Friday, March 20 at 4:00 PM; Marksmanship on Saturday, March 21 at 10:00 AM; Biathlon on Saturday, March 21 at 2:00 PM; and the Mixed Relay on Sunday, March 22 at 11:00 AM.
Cold temperatures are expected, so athletes and spectators are encouraged to dress appropriately. The trail is located approximately 2 miles from the school, and access to the start and finish area will be clearly marked from the road.
Unalakleet School is also seeking volunteers to help make the weekend a success. Community members who are available to assist are encouraged to contact Coach Matt or the front office.
To support this championship event, Open Gym will be closed Thursday through Saturday and will resume its regular schedule on Monday, March 23, 2026.

🌸 Spring Break
Spring Break runs from March 9 to March 13.
Students will return to school on Monday, March 16.

Friday, March 6 – Middle School basketball is cancelled.

Students are not allowed to roam the hallways or other areas of the school during Open Gym hours. Any student roaming the hallways or not following expectations will be asked to leave and placed on the No Gym List for the following day.

Our Hospitality Room will open on Wednesday at 4:00 PM in the Bicultural Room for all visiting coaches, and we are asking for community support.

We wrapped an exciting weekend of home basketball games, with both teams showcasing true Pride to the Pack and representing Unalakleet with heart, determination, and sportsmanship. Thank you to our students, staff, families, and community for packing the gym and supporting our athletes!
